Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pawsho mobile app and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Quizzy Edtech Services Private Limited (“Pawsho”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not veterinary advice

Pawsho provides general information and guidance to help you care for your dog. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian with questions about your dog's health. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately — do not rely on the app.

The Ask assistant generates responses using AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgment and verify important decisions with a professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial dog-care purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Pawsho offers free features and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Payments are handled by the app stores; refunds are subject to their policies.
  • Prices and features may change; we'll give notice where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to harm others or animals.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's security or operation.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (your dog's profile, photos, and logs). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and content (other than your content), belongs to Pawsho and is protected by law. You may not use our marks without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
